Static and mobile screw/auger waste compactor
Sistemi srl produces screw/auger waste compactors in static or mobile versions. The screw/auger compaction system, that allows a high compression ratio and also grind down materials before compaction and storage inside the container, is particularly suggested for extremely bulky materials, such as cardboards, packages, pallets, etc.
In addition, the screw compactor guarantee a lower noise while operating thanks to the exclusively electrical functioning and noise level while compacting is lower than 70 dBA.
The functioning is allowed by a 4 poles asynchronous electric engine (from 4 Kw to 18 KW), coupled with a gear motor for the screw functioning.
Dimensions and cubic capacities of mobile compactors are supplied from 3 m³ to 24 m³. Static compactors is coupled with a mobile container with cubic capacity from 30 m³ to 40 m³ .
Mobile compactor powered with renewable energy.
The innovation that distinguishes this compactor from others alike on the market consists in its energetic autonomy. It doesn’t need to be linked with the public electrical power net (however it could be plugged in if necessary), nor it is dependent on fossil fuels for endothermic engines functioning.
In fact, it could be powered with any renewable energy power source (eolic, photovoltaic, etc.), keeping the same speed and charge performances of a traditional equivalent model.
The whole works with a remarkable energy saving.
Considering the energetic autonomy its main feature, this machine can be used anytime and anywhere there is a lack of traditional electric power source till now replaced by endothermic engines. Moreover, the possibility to save energy using renewable energy sources, makes this machine extremely useful both for economic advantage and environmental impact.
This technology, patented by Sistemi srl in 2009 is applied to all standard model produced, such as the ram solar stand-alone version realized, with Sistemi exclusive patent licenses, by Ecologia Soluzione Ambiente spa that named kSOLAR.
